一、不管你未来做什么，此刻请先做好你的本行工作。

一个连自己本职工作都做不好的人是不可能完成任何一件事的。

二、能做到90分就不准交80分的卷，更要时时突破自己的极限。这样你才有可能成功！因为人生没有几次机会是可以允许你浪费的。

三、成功并不是每一次都需要里程碑式的突破，而在于分分亳毫的执着和坚持。打破奥运会纪录的那都只是分毫而已。

四、其实活着有没有意义很重要的一点那就是你活的开不开心，或者你能不能够感染他人。

五、如果你想延长的生命让你四十岁甚至五十岁以后的日子还依然有所成就有所价值，完全看你今天作为的积累。

六、生活做事应该有所计划，做好规划、给予期望。万不可走到哪算到哪。事成后做好总结经验，分析得失。

七、任何时候都不要忘记了学习使自己提高、进步，停止了学习意味着你已经失去了竞争力你该退休了。

八、大胆去创新创造，不要太在意失败。不曾犯错的人从来不曾尝试新事物

九、随波逐流：独立思考，观赏者：对与者

十、非常重要的一点：无伦如何都要战胜消极思想。只有这样你才能拥有乐观开朗充满激情的心态去实现你人生的价值。

The system is modular and each flake can be programmed to tilt toward or away from the sun – reflecting light off it’s surface and creating movement in infinite patterns across the surface of a building thereby allowing the façade to interact with its surroundings. We wonder if this could be the beginning of a new direction for photovoltaic panels?

Next Generation House by Sou Fujimoto Architects

The next generation house, designed by Sou Fujimoto Architects, is a small housing module for weekend use located on the edge of a forest overlooking the River Kuma at Kumakura, Japan.

The small pavilion, a 4×4 meters cube, is made by assembling solid japanese cedar blocks kept in place by their own weight and connecting metal cables running through vertical drill holes.

Some of the inside cubes are laid off-center to create shelves, small living areas and even steps to move from one level to another. Offsets in the wall cubes also create windows with views of the surrounding countryside. Two roof skylights provide extra natural light.

At night, artificial light visible from the outside helps to dematerialize the cube by mixing the warm tones of wood with the amber glow of incandescent bulbs, emphasizing the ways in which a structure made up of heavy wooden elements can seem so light and airy.

Camping Service Area by Archea Associati

The San Vicezo Camping, designed by Archea Associati, is located in an area of particular landscape prestige in the Etruscan coast, Italy.

The project planned for the area includes large green spaces, plots for tents and bungalows, group spaces for recreation, sports and gathering and service spaces to offer its guests comfortable stays.

Archea Associati organizes functional spaces in a design inspired by single-cell marine organisms with circular shapes. It organizer the campground in different clusters, in a system of exterior and interior spaces that seems to have been shaped by the wind and the sand.

Like the shapes, the colors and materials that define the edges of the main volumes are borrowed from the natural surroundings, like the faded ochre of the bamboo canes that interact with the color and vertical extension of the ancient pine trees, decking the exterior and interior walls with a luminous, lightweight quality. The ceiling, also finished in bamboo, is pierced by skylights defined by the sun that subtly lights the interiors, highlighting small green oases.

The architecture is almost primitive, as simple as it is sophisticated in its attention to details. At night, the architecture changes its image without altering it, becoming a diaphanous partition of color and light vibrations.

你不能不懂的几个中国字

日本大学生对汉字的了解常常超过中国大学生。所以我把几个重要的中国字就我的理解，在这里整理一下。中国人不能不学会这几个字。

气：有某种影响力，却看不到的东西。比如脾气，正气，妖气，神气，天气，气功。
道：事物遵循的总规则。全部的理加起来就是道。
理：一件小事物的因果相关。比如为何水往下流。
德：善的无形力量
法：人所制定普遍大范围的规则或步骤
术：因时因事因人所使出的花招。君王对人民用法，对臣子用术。
权：以加重或减轻来平衡各种力量的能力或行为。权衡，权变，加权，权力。
形：看得到的外表。形式，形状。
状：由某个形所表达出来样子。一个形可以有许多状。
态：因内心情绪展现在外的样子。
势：可以立刻发挥出力量的状态。去势（发挥不了力量了），情势，势不可当。形格势禁。
器：可以用的实物。成器。大器晚成。
体：本身。中学为体，西学为用。
用：使用，利用，运用
经：一成不变的，如经常，月经，圣经，四书五经。

附辜鸿铭（张之洞助理）谈权
张文襄尝对客论余曰：“某也知经而不知权。”余谓文襄实不知所谓权者。盖凡所以运行天地间之物，惟理与势耳。《易传》曰：“形而上者谓之道，形而下者谓之器。”道者，理之全体也；器者，势之总名也。小人重势不重理，君子重理不重势。小人重势，故常以势灭理；君子重理，而能以理制势。欲以理制势，要必知所以用理。权也者，知所以用理之谓也。孔子曰：“可与共学，未可与适道；可与适道，未可与立；可与立，未可与权。”所谓可与适道者，明理也；可与立者，明理之全体而有以自信也；可与权者，知所以用理也。盖天下事非明理之为难，知所以用理之为难。权之为义，大矣哉！譬如治水，知土能克水，此理也。然但执此理以治水患，则必徒为堵御之防。如此，水愈积愈不可防，一旦决堤而溢，其害尤烈于无防也。此治水者之知经而不知权也。知权者，必察其地势之高下，水力之大小，或不与水争地而疏通之，或别开沟渠河道而引导之，随时立制，因地制宜，无拘拘一定成见，此之谓知所以用理也。窃谓用理得其正为权，不得其正为术。若张文襄之所谓权，是乃术也，非权也。何言之？夫理之用谓之德，势之用谓之力。忠信笃敬，德也，此中国之所长也；大舰巨炮，力也，此西洋各国之所长也。当甲申一股，清流党诸贤但知德足以胜力，以为中国有此德必可以制胜于朝廷，遂欲以忠信笃敬敌大舰巨炮。而不知忠信笃敬，乃无形之物也；大舰巨炮，乃有形之物也。以无形之物，攻有形之物，而欲以是奏效于疆场也，有是理乎？此知有理而不知用理以制势也。甲申以后，文襄有鉴于此，遂欲舍理而言势。然舍理而言势，则入于小人之道，文襄又患之。于是，踌躇满志，而得一两全之策，曰为国则舍理而言势，为人则舍势而言理。故有公利私利之说。吾故曰：文襄不知权。文襄之所谓权者，乃术也，非权也。

阳光100国际新城
【背景】
阳光100，一个强调建筑设计感、拥有独特产品风格的创新型开发商，立足无锡，以地标性大型后现代建筑集群，打造10万人国际新都会，开启无锡国际化居住的全新时代。
【面临挑战】
1、如何表现项目鲜明的风格特质？
2、如何展现10万人国际都会社区？
【创意策略】
1. 印象加分：抽取现代建筑给人的印象，并把这一特色通过新生活的不同面展现在用户面前。带来独特的形式特质，强化了差异性
2. 体验式展示加分：结合三维的展示，将项目规划，建筑方面的特色生动展示。
3. 全新生活体验加分：国际新都会的精粹把新生活形象直观的呈现在眼前。
【成果】
1. 被客户认为近期最能体现阳光100楼盘气质的网站
2. 在设计论坛中被认为近期房地产网站的设计中非常有突破性的网站。

华润◎平门府
背景：
项目位于苏州古城，比邻拙政园，借景北寺塔，是世界上至为尊贵的古城地块之一，同时也是城市中央区的尊荣地标。华润•平门府，以中国一等古城别墅的身份，提供最高层次的现代人居生活标准。
历程：
这个网站历时快一年，整个过程中，在与客户的沟通中，我们确立了展现姑苏府宅的生活方式为主线，期间不断寻找并修订这个方向，希望通过独特的差异性，把姑苏古典大宅的气度表现出来，在形式上，我们采用了长卷开合的概念，不断的切换场景，使浏览者能切身感受古城水乡的低调奢华气息。虽然修改了很多稿，但是最终离目标越来越近的时候还是很兴奋的，看了奥运会张导的长卷，真是与我们的概念不谋而合，只是奥运的长卷更为极致而已。哈哈！

华润◎星海湾一号
背景：
项目地处大连星海湾区域，立足星海广场金融商务区居住核心，共享顶级湾区资源，是集商业、居住功能于一体的大型、地表性都市综合体，为精致大气的城市豪宅。
历程：
房地产有个奇怪的现象，就是讲究奢侈，视觉上越贴金贴银，才能给客户奢华感，感觉这样才能一榔头砸死买房者。其实这个观念部分错误，华润星海湾项目的客户也存在了类似小误区，或许他们太希望能震倒他们的消费者。真正买豪宅的客户两种，第一投资客，他不会在乎你广告做的有多好，而是在乎这个地方的价值有多少。他们的购买决定你房子有升值潜力。第二自住客，如果真正生活在星海湾的人，他应该具有什么素质，要么爆发户，要么大企业家，明星（体娱），政府高管或者顶级职业经理人，抛开暴发户，其他人什么奢华没见过呢，来去欧美，享用五星。因此，对于这些目标客户，造作的奢华一无是处。我们说服客户花了大半的力气，在网站设计过程中，我们强调了界面和排版的细节，放弃了一些复杂的变化剧烈的动画效果，大部分采用的舒缓平和的交互动画，为的是尽可能让它显得有品质，看起来价值清晰（完全系列就是演示给投资者的绝好互动工具），同时气质上也需要一种高度（而不是复杂的奢华），通过这个项目，我切身的感受到北方和南方对待奢华理解的差异性，不过还好，我们完成了。

其中：阳光100国际新城、华润◎星海湾一号是我们的老大 sting 做的，华润◎平门府是我们的潮人KLE 设计的。2位从平面转到互动也就1年多的时间。进步相当的神速，真非常的佩服他们在这么短的时间里所取得的成绩。让我们再接再厉，兄弟姐妹们一起加油吧！！！

天使海滩一起++油

2008年7月26日，一个值得记住的日子。那天没有台风，没有乌鸦。
众位兄弟姐妹顺利登陆天使海滩，度过了一个不一样的燃情周末。
马力很足哦，虽然油价飞涨，可是一起++油的决心和勇气永不会变。^_^

Undoboy, original from Malaysia, is an interactive and graphic designer in Portland, Oregon. He is now working for Wieden + Kennedy, Portland as an interactive art director after roughly a year as an art director at JWT, NY. He is also already put in an 8-month stint at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami, which was a short hop from Florida’s Ringling School of Art and Design, where he got a BFA in graphic design in 2005.

His design embrace with a simple philosophy “design brings happiness” and the works include
brand identity design, editorial design, interactive design, character design, packaging design,
toy design, motion graphics, and illustration.
